Contact me for any mediation services. I have been in the legal practice over thirty years representing plaintiffs and defendants. I have successfully mediated many cases as an advocate.
I strongly believe that most issues can be successfully resolved by mediation, most in a half- day session. My calendar is very flexible. I have conference rooms available for groups large and small, and will travel to your location if that works better for you and your clients.
I know how expensive and slow the process can be. I charge $150 per hour with a minimum charge of 2 hours. I also have rates for ½ day (4 hours) and 1 day (8 hours). There are no administrative or scheduling fees. I charge only to review mediation submissions and the mediation process.

Michael C. “Mick” Peek is very active in sports. He is passionate about riding motorcycles, bicycles, and skiing. Mr. Peek is a proud 29-year member of American Bikers Aimed Toward Education (ABATE) of Indiana, https://registration.abateonline.org and he has helped hundreds of motorcycle riders when they have been injured in an accident. He is also a graduate of ABATE’s Motorcycle Safety Program, a multiple recipient of ABATE of Indiana’s Freedom of the Road Award, and has spoken to ABATE chapter and state meetings on biker rights. He is also a member of The Indianapolis Bicycle Community Advocacy Group, (INDYCOG) www.indycog.org and a member of The Association of Ski Defense Attorneys (ASDA) passionately representing the ski industry for many years. He is also the recipient of numerous awards.

ATTORNEY PROFILE
For more than 30 years, Mr. Peek has been helping clients solve legal issues. Mr. Peek began trying jury trials early in his career, representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases throughout the State of Indiana. Gradually, Mr. Peek began representing business and personal clients in a broad range of legal issues, not only in court, but before zoning boards and other administrative bodies.
Mr. Peek is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Indiana, and state courts in Florida, and has offices in Indianapolis, Indiana, and St. Petersburg, Florida. He is a frequently sought after speaker and lecturer for professional associations and charitable organizations throughout Indiana.
Mr. Peek is also active in community and civic organizations. He has served as President of his homeowner’s association, and has served on the board of neighborhood organizations, foundations, and various boards at his church. Mr. Peek currently serves as a Director of the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site.
